• If any goods are received with any parts missing, We’ll send out a replacement as soon as possible.
• Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.
• If you’re living in Flat or apartment then We only deliver if you’ve the lift otherwise we can drop off the items downstairs.
• We also do next day and 2nd day delivery and It’ll be charged extra.
• Charges for Next day delivery will be £189, You’ll get next day delivery when you’ll place your order before 12 O’ Clock.
• Charges for 2nd day delivery will be £149,  You’ll get 2nd day delivery when you’ll place your order before 12 O’ Clock.

RETURN POLICY :

• Goods can be return within 14 days of purchase.
• Please contact us via email and we will advise you on the returns process.
• In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damage goods then We will offer a replacement Free of charge.
• If you want to return the item without any reason, you’ve to pay £79 collection charges.
• Also if your sofas don’t go through your door or you ordered the wrong size sofa then we’ll also charge £79 delivery charges.
• Returns will only accept when the item is in the original packaging and original condition.
